{"id":1323,"date":"2014-11-07T14:04:56","date_gmt":"2014-11-07T19:04:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ancientphilosophysociety.org\/?p=1323"},"modified":"2015-08-27T06:14:47","modified_gmt":"2015-08-27T11:14:47","slug":"2015-meeting-in-lexington-ky-april-9-12","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ancientphilosophysociety.org\/website\/2015-meeting-in-lexington-ky-april-9-12\/","title":{"rendered":"2015 Meeting in Lexington, KY, April 9-12"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Registration is open for the 2015 Ancient Philosophy Society Meeting in Lexington, Kentucky, April 9-12, hosted by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uky.edu\">University of Kentucky<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.transy.edu\">Transylvania University<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.berea.edu\">Berea College<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pdcnet.org\/wp\/services\/2015-aps\/\">Register at the Philosophy Documentation Center (PDCNET)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>$65 Individual\/$40 Student.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ancientphilosophysociety.org\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/APS-2015-Program.pdf\">APS 2015 Program<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please note that early registration is open until <strong>March 9, 2015<\/strong>, at which point the registration fee increases by $20 for both faculty and graduate students. So register early!<\/p>\n<p>Also note the APS Banquet scheduled for Saturday night ($60 Individual\/$40 Student). The banquet has traditionally been a very nice event that offers everyone a chance to relax and socialize. This year\u2019s menu is being provided in a collaboration between Yamaguchi Tapas and Smithtown Seafood (organized by Holly Hill), options are described on the PDC webpage, wine is included. I warmly invite everyone to attend.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hilton.com\/en\/hi\/groups\/personalized\/L\/LEXDTHF-UKNCOP-20150409\/index.jhtml\">Rooms are available at the Hilton for $139\/night<\/a>. Please note that the hotel requires reservations be made by Tuesday, March 17th, 2015 (or before the block is sold out).
