BAYLOR UNIVERSITY, Waco, TX announces a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Philosophy beginning in the fall of 2014. AOS and AOC: Open. Salary is competitive.   1. Is it legal to make “an account of the applicant’s own religious views” part of the application process? One’s religion is certainly not a legal question to ask during an interview so why would it be at this stage of the application process?
